The Afterschool Program will provide tutorials, educational modules, activity modules, and a snack Monday through Friday from 3:45pm to 5:45pm on typical school days. The Fall/Winter Program will begin August 29th 2016 continuing through December 16th, 2017. Accounts must be paid in full from Spring 2016 for students to attend this semester. The afterschool program will NOT be provided on any bad weather days or early dismissal days or days that school is not in session. Fees will NOT be prorated. This is an agreement that students will attend for the duration of the Fall Semester. If students will not attend the afterschool program, parents must notify the afterschool program director/supervisor by 12 noon at 817-600-1735 or via email Kristine.email@example.com.
After School Program dismissal times will be from 4:35pm to 4:45 pm and 5: 35pm to 5:45pm. This is NOT a drop in/drop off program.
Early dismissal days which ASP will not provide services:
September 30th 2016 January 13th 2017
November 18th 2016 February 24th 2017
December 16th April 13th 2017
January 13th 2017 June 2nd 2017
The After School Program cost will be $20.00 per week, per child paid weekly the Friday prior. Fees must be paid in advance for students to attend. A late fee of $10.00 per student will be charged if fees are not paid prior to Monday. Fees for families with four or more students enrolled in the After School Program will be capped at $50.00 per week, per family. Students must be picked up promptly at 4:45 pm or 5:45 pm. Late fees will start accruing at a rate of $5.00 per minute. Late fees must be paid prior to the student returning to the After School Program.
Dismissal from the After School Program
Dismissal from the After School Program without any notice is possible on the following grounds:
-Failure of the family to remit payment
-Use of drugs or any other illegal substance
-Bringing any prohibited items to the After School Program
